East Central MN Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit, faith based housing ministry dedicated to providing safe, energy efficient, affordable housing to those in need in Pine, Isanti, Chisago, Kanabec and Mille Lacs counties.

Home ownership grows a stronger community!

We believe a stable, affordable home is the foundation for a better life. In Central Minnesota, we empower families to build that foundation for themselves. Our unique partnership model offers prospective homeowners an opportunity to qualify for safe, affordable housing. In exchange for 200 hours of sweat equity, we provide the resources and support for them to build their future. When they purchase their home with an affordable mortgage, their payments are reinvested into our community to help even more families achieve housing stability. This cycle of investment transforms individual lives and strengthens the entire region.

83% of Donor Funds Goes Directly Into the Program

ECM Habitat for Humanity is committed to being a good steward of your donated funds. 83% of donor funds goes directly into the program.

Our goal this year is to raise $200,000. With your donations last year, we were able to build a home in Sandstone, and repair two homes for seniors so they can Age in Place.

Please consider giving either a one-time donation or a monthly amount. Donations can vary from a minimum of $5 to whatever you feel comfortable giving.
