  • Emergency Housing Assistance: Lakes and Pines assists with temporary crises to maintain housing, including the Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP).


  • Energy Assistance Program (EAP): Helps pay heating bills and provides emergency furnace repair, managed locally by Lakes and Pines.



  • Public Assistance Programs: Kanabec County Family Services (320-679-6350) provides assistance for residents needing help with daily living.
