- Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP): Offered by Lakes and Pines, this program offers free energy upgrades to reduce utility costs, including insulation, air sealing, and heating system repairs.

- Emergency Housing Assistance: Lakes and Pines assists with temporary crises to maintain housing, including the Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP).
