Step 1: Announcement
Wait for announcement to be made that ECM is accepting applications, the effective date and application due date!
Step 2: Letter of Inquiry
(Do not take any action until you have been directed to submit a Letter of Inquiry or the letter has been sent to you. Then complete it and return it either by mail or email it to info@ecmhabitat.org.)

Step 3: Income Documentation
To process your housing application, we are required to verify the total household income for all members aged 18 and older.
Step 4: Housing Application
Access to the Housing Application will be made available when ECM Habitat is accepting applications.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Your personal information is important to us!
Please do NOT ever E-mail personal info that could hurt you, like Driver's License, Social Security Number and Birth Dates.
Applications will only be accepted 1) through mail, 2) Dropbox Invitation or 3) if you schedule a day and time to drop the
documents off at the Cambridge office.
Application Checklist:
You will need to provide the following supporting documents along with your completed application.
- Copy of your Government Issued Photo ID (Driver's License, State ID card, US Passport, Military ID, or Tribal ID) for each applicant.
- Last 6 weeks of pay stubs for each applicant and any household members over the age of 18.
- Copies of Award Letters for SSI or SSDI
- Copy of most recent Federal Tax Return, W-2's and all schedules
- Divorce Decree or legal separation agreement
- Copy of any documentation referring to the status of a student loan
- Any notes of explanation you wish to include

- Combined Privacy Act Notice and Tennessen Warning
- Equal Credit Opportunity At Notice and Appraisal Disclosure
